STUFFED LASAGNA ROLL 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 lg. cans tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 container ricotta cheese
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork

Prepare lasagna according to package (drain).

In a large skillet saute ground beef and pork. Add onion, garlic; cook until tender. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Blend ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan. Spread cheese equally on lasagna pan. Arrange lasagna rolls seam side down in pan. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
