STUFFED SHELLS 
1 lb. hamburg
1 clove garlic, chopped
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Tomato sauce
Lg. shells, parboiled

Brown hamburg and garlic. Drain fat, cool. Stir in cheese, crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Fill cooked shells with mixture and place on top of sauce in baking pan. Cover with more sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes. at 400 degrees. Serves 6.
