LIGHT-N-CRISP BELGIAN WAFFLES | |
2 egg yolks 2 c. milk 2 c. all-purpose flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. vegetable oil 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten Preheat waffle maker. Put all ingredients except egg whites in large bowl. Beat on low until moistened. Increase to medium, mix until smooth. By hand gently fold in beaten eggs whites. Pour 1/2 cup batter over center of grids. Bake until golden about 2 - 2 1/2 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
