BELGIAN WAFFLES 
4 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3/4 c. melted butter
Pam spray

1. Beat egg yellow until light. Add vanilla and butter; mix well.

2. Combine flour and salt; add with milk.

3. Add egg mixture and beat well.

4. Beat egg white until stiff. Gently fold into batter.

5. Spray Belgian waffle iron with Pam.

6. Pour batter onto heated iron and cook until golden and lightly crisp. Serve with frozen yogurt and fresh strawberries or just syrup.
