CRANBERRY PORK ROAST 
3-4 lb. pork roast (boneless or pork loin)
Salt and pepper
1 c. ground or finely chopped cranberries
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooking pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. 6 to 8 servings.
