3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift first 5 ingredients, then mix last 4 together and add to dry ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until done. (This mixture will be soupy.)
