WEDDING FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. cubed cantaloupe
2 c. cubed honeydew melon
2 c. drained canned pineapple
2 c. green grapes
2 c. cubed FRESH pears
2 c. fresh cubed apples
2 pts. sour cream
1/2 c. lemon juice

Day before: Wash and dry fruit. Peel and cube the apples and pears. Put in lemon juice (to keep white).

Prepare all fruit - the day before. Drain lemon juice from apples and pears. Chill in several containers. Toss with sour cream just before serving.
