2 1/2 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 whole eggs
1 1/2 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all together. Pour into buttered pan (11 x 14 inches) and bake for 1 hour at 275 degrees.
