ENCHILADA 
1 pkg. 10 Burrito shells
1 can enchilada sauce (sm. can)
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
2 or 3 c. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion
1 can refried beans
1 lb. hamburger

Brown hamburger and onion. Mix soup and sauce together; add refried beans to meat and half the cheese. Put mixture on burrito shells and roll. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan, open side of burrito roll down. Pour soup mixture over top. Put remaining Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
