1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nut topping

Mix ingredients together in small bowl saving a few teaspoons of nuts to sprinkle on top. Chill. Dip apple slices into nutty apple dip. Tastes like caramel apples. (Apple slices can be kept in a bowl of cold water to prevent them from turning brown.)
