CHEESE CAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. ladyfingers

Cream together cream cheese, sugar and sour cream; blend well. Separate egg yolks only and blend with mixture. Add vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mixture.

Line sides and bottom of spring pan. Pour and bake 1 hour, 325 degrees.

When cake is done, leave cake in oven 1 hour and turn off oven. Put pot holder in oven door to keep open an inch.
