CHEESEBURGER PIE 
2 lbs. lean hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato sauce
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. each salt, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce

Brown beef, onion, pepper and celery. Add seasonings, bread crumbs and tomato sauce. Mix. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Combine remaining ingredient and saute together in frying pan until cheese is melted and top pie. Bake at 400-425 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields 6-8 servings.
