“GINGER LEMONADE” IS IN:

GINGER LEMONADE 
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. ginger
750ml Perrier or San Pellegrino Sparkling Water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. vodka (optional)

Garnish:

lemon wedge and piece of candied ginger on a toothpick

Bring 1 cup water, sugar, and ginger to a boil in small saucepan. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves (about 1 minute). Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature (about 15 minutes).

Pour sparkling water, lemon juice, vodka, and 1 cup ginger syrup over ice in a large pitcher, stir gently. Garnish and serve.
