IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts (boned and cut in half)
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 lemon (juice)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter

Blend bred crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into melted butter then into crumb mixture, coating thoroughly. Roll each piece into firm roll. Skewer with toothpick and arrange in aluminum foil pan. Squeeze juice of lemon over chicken and drizzle any remaining butter over chicken.

Sprinkle with paprika. Place in 350 degree preheated oven on baking pan. Bake for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
