WORKING MOTHER'S CROCKPOT STEW 
1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen stew vegetables
1 lb. lean beef cubes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1 sm. can peas
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Before going to work, place vegetables in bottom of crockpot. Add meat. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients (except peas) and pour over meat and vegetables. Add peas. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 14 hours.
