BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (16 oz.) box All-Bran (pour 2 c. boiling water over cereal and let sit few minutes)
2 1/2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour - 1 c. white, 4 c. wheat
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Combine until well mixed. Place in muffin pans in liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Keeps 2 weeks in refrigerator. Make in large bowl!
