1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped, (optional)
1 sm. pkg. macaroni, cooked
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, may use more
1 (12 oz.) can niblet corn
Chili powder to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly, drain grease. Add onions, green pepper, and celery. Cook over low heat for several minutes. Add macaroni, tomato sauce, corn, and chili powder, salt and pepper; mix well. Spoon 1/2 of mixture into baking dish and top with grated cheese. Spoon in remaining mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
