PEACH CREPE 
1/2 c. drained peach halves
1/3 c. 1% lowfat cottage cheese
1 tsp. confectioners' sugar
1 (9") refrigerated prepared crepe
1 1/2 tsp. apricot all-fruit spread

In small food processor, mixer or blender, combine peaches, cottage cheese and confectioners' sugar; process until smooth.

Brush crepe with fruit spread. Spread peach mixture to within 1" of edge of crepe; fold or roll crepe to enclose filling.
