CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 chicken, cooked (about 2 c.)
1 can mushrooms
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1 can mushroom soup

Cook chicken and remove bones. Prepare broccoli by package directions; drain. Line buttered baking dish with broccoli. Put chicken on top. Pour on the mushrooms. Sprinkle almonds evenly over this. Heat soup and cheese until cheese melts and pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles.
