CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. lite mayonnaise
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 stick butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. bread crumbs

Boil chicken breasts until tender. Cook broccoli until tender and place it in bottom of a 3 quart casserole. Tear chicken from bones and spread on top of broccoli. Combine mayonnaise, soups and lemon juice. Mix well and pour over casserole. Melt butter with bread crumbs and put on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You do not have to cover this to bake. Serves 6.
