FRUIT-NUT SANDWICH SPREAD 
1 1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/3 c. canned crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. raisins

Blend cottage cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Add nuts, raisins and pineapple. Stir well.
