MARSHMALLOW PIE 
1 lb. bag mini marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 (1/2 pt.) carton whipping cream (not Cool Whip)
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate or butterscotch chips, chopped small
2 graham cracker pie shells

In large saucepan, melt marshmallows and milk over low heat, stir constantly. (Bottom scorches easily.) In large bowl, whip the cream until stiff. Beat in marshmallow mixture until smooth. Stir in chips. Pour into shells. Keep refrigerated until serving. (At least a few hours or until it sets firmly.)
