3 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. hot milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Sprinkle paprika

Combine mashed potatoes, milk, butter, pepper and onion salt. Mix well. Put potatoes in a greased 1 quart casserole. Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
