SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 c. pineapple chunks

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Brown meatballs and drain. Add sauce to pan and cook and stir over medium heat until sauce is clear. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add green pepper and pineapples and simmer until warm. Pour over rice.
