GINGER BREAD 
1 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. hot water
2 c. all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon, cloves, ginger
1 c. boiling water

Cream oil and sugar, add eggs, blend molasses. Mix soda in hot water. Sift salt and spices together. Add to cream mixture, stir well. Add boiling water. Pour in greased and floured dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
