CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. of frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 c. 1/2 and 1/2 cream
1 can chicken broth

Cook broccoli in 1 cup water until done. Do not drain. In blender, mix milk, flour, and cheese. Blend until smooth. Add mixture to cooked broccoli. Also add your 1/2 and 1/2 cream and chicken broth. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken, stirring constantly. Turn off heat. Mixture will thicken more as it sits. Enjoy!
