TANGY COLE SLAW 
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. broccoli flowers
1 med. carrot, shredded
1 med. celery stick, chopped fine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Combine cabbage, broccoli, carrot and celery. Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, paprika and salt. Coat vegetables with mixture. Cover and chill.
