YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 heaping tbsp. grease

Melt grease in pan. Mix flour and salt with eggs and milk to make smooth batter. Milk should be added a little at a time. Pour batter into melted grease. Bake for 20 minutes.
