ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD 
2 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
1 can pineapple tidbits
2 cans Mandarin oranges
2 or 3 bananas
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain juice from fruit, add enough orange juice to make 3 cups liquid. Cook like regular pudding and let chill. Fold in fruit and 1 carton of Cool Whip (8 ounce). Best made the night before. Also good without Cool Whip.
