2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 heaping teaspoons cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 or 6 oz. size jars baby food, apricots, applesauce, carrots
Chopped nuts if desired.

Mix together, put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. 10 x sugar

Mix all ingredients and spread on cake.
