1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 box Crispix cereal
2 c. plus powdered sugar

Melt together butter and peanut butter. When smooth add chocolate chips. Stir until really smooth and pour over cereal and mix really well to coat. Let stand 30 minutes. In a doubled grocery bag put powdered sugar and cereal. Mix and shake until all is coated.
