ORIENTAL FRIED CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless chicken
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 can (2 1/2 c.) pineapple chunks
1/4 c. cornstarch

Mix soy sauce, onion and ginger. Marinate chicken 1 hour, turning frequently. Remove chicken, reserve liquid. Dip chicken in cornstarch. Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 30 minutes. Turn frequently, add lemon juice, honey and pineapple to soy sauce liquid. Pour over chicken and simmer until chicken is done.
