SPINACH OF MEAT PIES 
2 1/2 lbs. flour
2 yeast cakes
1 tbsp. salt
Water
Oil
Spinach (cut up)
Onions
Oil
Lemon juice
Hamburger
Onions
Tomato sauce

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Enough water for consistency. Mix the mixture and cover with towel. Put dough aside to raise 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Mix the spinach mixture set aside until ready to use. Saute hamburger, onions and tomato sauce in pan. Set aside. Take dough after it has risen form in ball size of orange. Roll out in flour. Fill dough with spinach and meat. Brush with oil on greased cookie sheet. Bake until lightly brown 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Brush with oil.
