1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
1 pkg. (12 oz.) butterscotch chips

Cook sugar and syrup until mixture boils. Add peanut butter, mix well. Remove from heat; add cereal. Press mixture onto greased cookie sheet. In double boiler melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread over cookie mixture. Cut into squares.
