2 c. pecans
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans to egg and stir. Add dry ingredients and mix. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
