LEFTOVER CONGEALED HAM SALAD 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 sweet pickles, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped ham
1 c. finely shredded cabbage
2 whole pimentos, finely chopped

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add hot water and stir until gelatin dissolves. Stir in vinegar, lemon juice, and salt. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Add remainder of ingredients to thickened gelatin stirring well. Pour into an oiled 1 quart mold and chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce lined platter. 6-8 servings.
