KID'S CRACKER SNACKS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. white flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. sunflower nuts; optional
2/3 c. oil
1 c. hot water or more
1 tsp. salt

Mix together all dry ingredients. Add oil and water. Mix well. If too wet, add more flour. If too dry, add more water.

Pat into flattened cracker shapes and place on ungreased cookie shape. Bake 375-400 degrees until crisp, 30-35 minutes.
