CECILIA'S BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 dozen jumbo shrimp
2 pkg. (inner) of Waverly crackers
1/4 lb. butter, melted
2 oz. dry Sherry
1 tbsp. of salad dressing
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Paprika
Parsley flakes
Grated Parmesan cheese

Shell, split and clean shrimp then soak in cold water with 1 teaspoon salt. While shrimp is soaking, crumble Waverly crackers. Blend crackers with butter, Sherry, salad dressing, seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. Grease and foil cookie sheet. Place shrimp on foil, stuff cavity in each with cracker mixture. Dust with paprika, parsley and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve 4.
