CHOCOLATE CHUNK CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. (12) crushed creme filled vanilla cookies
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of a 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

CAKE:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. of softened cream cheese
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) chopped milk chocolate bar

Combine cream cheese, sugar and extract, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in candy; pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing. Chill. Garnish with strawberry slices and additional chocolate if desired.

Serves 10 to 12 people.
