SHRIMP SALAD 
1 pkg. sea shell macaroni
1 c. finely cut celery
1 sm. green pepper, finely cut
1/2 scant c. red onion, finely cut
4 oz. jar pimento, diced
2 (5 oz.) cans sm. shrimp, washed & drained
3 to 4 hard boiled eggs, cut up fine
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

DRESSING: To taste
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
Salt & pepper to taste
4 tsp. milk to thin
Olives to garnish
