BUTTERSCOTCH BALLS 
1 c. butterscotch pieces
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/4 c. quick rolled oats, uncooked
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Granulated sugar

Melt butterscotch pieces in double boiler over hot water. Remove from water; stir in sugar and corn syrup. Blend in juices; add oats and nuts. Mix well and let stand for 1 hour to thicken.

Form into 1" balls, roll in granulated sugar, serve immediately or store in covered container several days.
