3 brown skinned potatoes 3 pats butter Seasoned salt Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel the potatoes first or leave skins on whichever you prefer. Then cut each one into long wedges, about 8 per potatoes, and put them on a cookie sheet. Melt butter, brush a little of it on the potato wedges. Sprinkle with season salt as desired. Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown and crispy, about 45 minutes. After 20 minutes, stir them up so they don't stick. |
