CATSUP 
40 lbs. cut up tomatoes
2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. pickling spices
2 sticks cinnamon
2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. paprika

Wash, drain, core and chop tomatoes. Cook until soft, then strain tomatoes. Use some of this juice to liquify the onions in the blender. Add this blended mixture and add to the rest of the tomato juice and boil until 1/2 volume. Add salt, sugar and cinnamon. Put the pickling spices and cinnamon in a boiling bag and put it in also. Boil until thick, then add the vinegar and paprika. Boil at least 5 more minutes or until as thick as wanted. Pour into jars and seal.
