MUSTACHOLI (SPANISH STYLE) 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. round steak, cut into small pieces
2 med. onions, chopped
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
2 stalks celery
1 med. green pepper
1 sm. can pimientos
Chili powder, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb. noodles or macaroni

Heat olive oil in heavy pot over moderate fire. Add the meat and onions; allow to cook until slightly brown. Add pepper, celery, pimientos, chili and season to taste. Cook over slow fire for three hours.

When ready, cook noodles or macaroni in boiling water salted to suit taste. Serve together.
