NECTARINE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sliced fruit (canned peaches okay, nectarine best)

Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Pour all into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on top of pie:

1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Bake 10 minutes more at 400 degrees. This is always a family favorite.
