GRAM'S JELLO CAKE 
1 can Pet milk, chilled
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 sm. boxes Jello (lime or cherry seem to work best)
2 c. water
1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. sugar

Cover bottom of 9x13 inch pan with 2/3 of graham crackers. Save 1/3 for later.

Make Jello (using 2 cups water as indicated). Let harden slightly, then beat. Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Beat milk until creamy. Fold together, sprinkle remaining graham cracker crumbs on top. Refrigerate overnight.
