1 piece of bean curd, well drained
6 1/2 oz. jar Goya pimientos (in the water)
1/4 lb. or less sun dried tomatoes
1 tbsp. soft cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Combine into mixer. Add a pinch of salt. Blend for 3 minutes.
