SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Minced onion
Parsley flakes
Seasoned croutons, crushed
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cans golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 soup cans water

Mix ground beef with onion, parsley, croutons, eggs, salt and pepper. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and brown on all sides in electric skillet. Drain any excess grease if necessary. Mix soup and water together and pour over meatballs. Let simmer about 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Corn makes a great vegetable with this.
