QUICK APPLE PIE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
3-4 apples, peeled, cut in cubes

Put in bowl of water with a few drops of lemon juice.

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together. Add wet apples and mix until covered good. Put in shell.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix dry ingredients, cut in butter. Flour needs to be completely mixed with butter. Sprinkle over pie. Seal in brown grocery sack and bake for 1 hour at 425 degrees. (Place sack on cookie sheet first.)
