CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 ribs celery, cut up
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1 can chicken broth

Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered (9x12 inch) casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Just before done, add 1 cup crushed corn flakes, Special K, or Total tossed with 1/2 stick of melted butter. Top casserole and bake another 5-10 minutes, watching carefully.
